• Job details you share so we can prepare an accurate estimate.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) collected by our hosting provider for security and analytics.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To arrange and carry out work you instruct us to do.
• To send invoices and any guarantee documentation.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Lawful basis

Sharing

Quote enquiries are kept for 24 months. Records relating to completed work and invoices are kept for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements.
